Support and services are purchasable alongside any tier; from technical support to a team that runs the database for you.
Who answers
Support that reaches all the way to engineering
Your first-line contacts are senior engineers with experience as both DBAs and developers
Support engineers are integrated with the MariaDB engineering team and escalate straight to the people who build the database. Support also works alongside the Managed Operations team, so proactive advice and reactive response come from one place across development, deployment and operation.

We’ve gained more than we expected. The support and follow-ups we’ve received from MariaDB is so much better compared to our previous relational database! The MariaDB team proactively comes up with improvement proposals and acts quickly when we’re in need of something.
